Worked on-site at customers on Novell network designs, server 
installations and upgrades, workstation configurations, and system 
enhancements. Projects included virus protection, disaster recovery, 
asynchronous communications, host connectivity, tape backup units,

1976-1989	A. O. Smith Automotive Products Company, Milwaukee, WI. 
Held a variety of positions in Manufacturing, Information Systems and 
Office Services. From 1987 was responsible for specifying, ordering and 
installing high-end desk top publishing systems and training employes 
on them, to produce a wide variety of printed and presentation 
materials. Functioned as a company-wide resource person providing 
training and advice on computer-based graphic communications, text and 
graphics integration and electronic publishing.
